How to Measure

Total Length (from CB): Start from the center back neckline (CB) at the base of the neck and measure straight down to the bottom hem of the garment.
Shoulder: Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder seam to the edge of the other shoulder seam.
Chest: From one inch below the armhole seam, measure directly across the front of the garment. Double the measurement to get the full chest circumference.
Sleeve (from CB): Start from the center back (CB) at the base of the neck, over the shoulder, and down the outside of the arm to the sleeve opening.

The signature Alpha Industries battlewash is featured on this short parka's nylon shell. The N-2B short waist parka was originally made for the USAF air and ground crews in the 1950s. This version features a faux mouton-lined split hood, and a unique 'pass through' front pocket originally created for pilots to reach into their pants pockets without subjecting their hands to cold temps. Alpha Industries began producing the N-2B parka for the Department of Defense in 1963.
