ELIGIBLE RETURNS FROM OUR WEBSITE:
If you have any issues with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days from date of delivery, provided the item(s) meet the following conditions:
Unwashed
Unworn
Original tags still attached
All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
Items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, masks & socks, accessories).
Vintage Items
Returns on Re:Supply and vintage items will only be accepted within 7 days of the order date. Original tags must be attached and item must be in original condition.
J. Crew Marketplace Returns
If you purchased your Alpha item from J. Crew please email customerservice@alphaindustries.com with your order number to receive a return label.
We now support exchanges. If you are interested in exchanging for the same style in a different color or size, please utilize our returns portal and select the 'Exchange' option after selecting your return reason and comments. Please note: Exchange orders will not be processed until the original is received. You will not be charged the $11 return fee if you opt for an exchange.
We deduct a flat fee of $11 USD from your refund to use our pre-paid return option. Click the link above to start your return and we'll walk you through all the steps - it's that easy.
You may also choose to ship your return back using your own insured, trackable method. In this case we will not deduct the $11 return label fee from your refund, but you still must use the return button above. We will send instructions once your return is created.
Please be sure to include your order number inside of the box as well as on the label.
