ALPHA INDUSTRIES, INC. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your new Alpha Industries purchase! We are committed to our customers and the quality of our products.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS FROM OUR WEBSITE:

You can return or exchange items purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet these conditions:

Unworn
Unwashed
Tags still attached

Once your return is approved, please send it back within 7 days.
Note: Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded. This includes:

Sale items
Select collaborations
Accessories (like hats, masks, and socks)
Gift cards

VINTAGE ITEMS:

Vintage and Re:Supply items can be returned within 7 days of the order date, as long as they’re in original condition with tags still attached.

PURCHASED THROUGH J. CREW?

No problem! Just email us at customerservice@alphaindustries.com with your J.Crew order number, and we’ll send you a return label.

We now offer exchanges and shopping with a return credit! Here's how it works:

Exchange for a different size or color of the same style.
Shop for a new style using your return credit.
No $11 return label fee when you choose an exchange or shop with return credit.

RETURN OPTIONS:

Use our pre-paid label for a flat $11 fee (waived for exchanges/return credit shopping).
Ship it back yourself using your own insured, trackable method - no $11 fee charged (we still recommend creating your return in our Returns Portal first).

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

Start your return through our Returns Portal - We'll guide you through every step.
Be sure your order number is inside the box and on the shipping label.
Exchange orders ship after we receive the original item.

RETURN OPTIONS:

Use our prepaid express return label by following the steps in our International Returns Portal.
Print the Waybill and Commercial Invoice for your return.
Schedule a pickup or drop off at your local office.
Using our return invoice will ensure no additional duties or taxes are charged when your return reaches the U.S.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Initial shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or taxes are non-fundable.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is processed.
Please allow up to two weeks for processing after the return arrives.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

We do not currently support direct exchanges for international orders.
If you need a different item:
- Return your original item by following the steps in the International Returns Portal.
- Place a new order separately.
- We will refund your original order once the return is received and processed.
