When you first arrive on the site, look for the Welcome message or Ship To: setting on the top header of your page. Select the country to which the order will be shipped. This will change the pricing on the site to the local currency of that country. Shop the site then simply add the items you wish to purchase to the cart. Once you are done just click Checkout and fill out the necessary info including payment. Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation that includes your tracking information. Please note that your tracking number will not update for 2-3 business days as your package moves from the Alpha Industries warehouse to the iParcel hub in Indianapolis. If you need to make a change to your order you have 24-48 business hours to call us.

Your shipping rate will depend on three variables: 1) the country you ship to and the current Exchange Rate 2) the types of product you order and 3) the total weight of your order. I-Parcel will calculate any applicable import duties and taxes during checkout and collect them on behalf of your government (you will owe nothing when your order is delivered.) To receive accurate shipping rates for your order we encourage you to start the checkout process and provide us with your shipping address. Under no circumstances does Alpha Industries pay for International shipping costs. 

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. With i-Parcel DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) we will collect the amount of any applicable import duties and taxes during checkout on behalf of the local government. You will owe nothing when your order is delivered.

When placing an order you may be asked for a control number. This is required for Brazil, Israel, Korea, Russia, South Africa, and Taiwan (it's called National ID for Taiwan). Depending on the country this could be your passport, national ID or work ID number.

If your package is lost or damaged, you will be reimbursed for the value of your order up to $100. For a nominal charge those who wish to purchase additional insurance can do so during the checkout process.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it at your expense for a refund of the merchandise cost minus the costs of shipping the item back to the iParcel hub in the US. Initial shipping, taxes and duty charges will not be refunded. If you choose to exchange the jacket you will be responsible for the new shipping, duties and taxes. We do not do exchanges. You can return your order and then place a new one for the new jacket.

To initiate your return make sure the Ship To flag is set to your country and simply click "Returns" on the header of the site. Enter your I-Parcel tracking# (ex: 2103501114195US) and the email address you would like the label sent to. Follow the instructions provided in the email to make the return. Again, the estimated refund amount will be for the value of the returned product with a deduction of the return shipping cost. These amounts will vary depending on product values and ship from addresses. Refunds will be issued once the returns are processed back to Alpha Industries and can vary based on the Exchange Rate at the time of the refund. If you later decide to ship the product back on your own after you have requested the label you need to inform iParcel so they can process your refund correctly. We accept a few different payment options from international customers, including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Paypal. Not all methods of payment are accepted in every country and only those which apply to the customer’s respective country will be displayed at checkout. The final amount charged by your financial institution may vary slightly from what is displayed due to variations in exchange rates at the time your order is processed. Some banks and/or credit cards may charge additional conversions fees at their discretion. Please note if you try and check out via the regular checkout process (not iParcel) and use an international card, your order will be cancelled.
