Why doesn’t my discount code work?
Please make sure the item you are trying to purchase is not a sale, heritage, collaboration, or Re:Supply style. These styles are excluded from all discounts, sales and promotions. You can view our exclusions page here. If the item you are trying to purchase does not fall into one of these categories, please contact us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@ALPHAINDUSTRIES.COM.
Can I apply this promotion to a past order?
Unfortunately, promotions are not valid on previous purchases. Sales and promotions are subject to many factors that include inventory levels, seasonality, and product that is currently being promoted. Due to these factors, promo codes are constantly changing and we cannot retroactively apply a promotional code to a past order.
If you would like to take advantage of any current promotion you will have to return your original order and place a new one. Please visit our Returns page to initiate a return.
I forgot to apply my discount code at checkout, what do I do?
Promo codes must be applied at the time of check out. Please contact us with your order number at CUSTOMERSERVICE@ALPHAINDUSTRIES.COM as soon as possible and we can try to cancel your order. This will allow you to place a new order with your discount code. However, please note, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Discount codes are not stackable. Only one discount code is permitted per order, and it cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed we work quickly to have it processed and shipped out as soon as possible so you can receive your package in a timely manner. As such, we are not able to make any changes once an order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number at CUSTOMERSERVICE@ALPHAINDUSTRIES.COM as soon as possible. We will do our best to try to cancel your order. However, please note, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
The item I want is out of stock, do you offer rainchecks?
Promotions are only valid while supplies last. Unfortunately, we do not offer rainchecks or substitutions.
How do I return or exchange my order (U.S. orders only)?
Please visit our Returns page to initiate a return or exchange by clicking on the black box that reads 'Click Here to Process Your Return or Exchange'. You will then need to enter your order number and shipping zip code. You will be guided through the steps to process your return or exchange. The return label should be placed on the outside of the box, and the package can then be dropped off at your local UPS.
How do I return or exchange my international order?
Please visit our Returns page and scroll down to 'International Returns' to create a return label by clicking on the black box that reads 'Click Here to Create Return.' You will then need to enter your order number and email address. You will be guided through the steps to process your return. Unfortunately, we do not offer international exchanges at this time.
Why isn’t my item eligible for a return or exchange?
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This is stated under the product details of all final sale items. Additionally, items are only eligible for returns or exchanges for up to 60 days after the original purchase date.
