"I first bought one of your N3B Parkas in the fall of 1969. The College I was attending was in Northern Illinois, in the middle of the cornfields, with NOTHING to block the wind and snow from blasting accross the campus. Everybody laughed at me until the first REALLY cold, windy, damp day, and NOBODY was laughing at me in January and February, as the Surplus Store I bought it from was sold out! That parka lasted me until 1995, when it was either lost or stolen when I moved. As soon as I realized it was gone, I bought another one. Even though I live in Southern California now, I'll *ALWAYS* have an N3B from Alpha. You just never know when you might need it!"

"I got my first flight jacket in 1983, the last week of Aviation Officer Candidate School (AOCS) at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. It was the middle of June and we were almost Ensigns and on our way to flight school. The jackets really symbolized the start of what would be an incredible career flying Navy aircraft. You should have seen us staring in the mirror, we were actually going to be starting flight school!"
