Before you move forward with the return process, make sure you meet these conditions:
  • Request for return is made within 45 days of order date
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
  • Product must have all original tags and labels attached and undamaged
  • Product must be returned complete with all parts and accessories
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Products cannot be part of a Closeout sale; All sales are considered final on these items.
  • Product must be shipped back to fulfillment warehouse within 20 days from issue date of Return Authorization (RA)

If you would like to return a purchase from please follow the steps below. If you ordered via UPS i-parcel please see the return procedures on our International Shipping page. For orders from Hawaii or Alaska please ship the product back on your own as we do not provide labels or cover return shipping costs for those states.

To Return a Product for a Refund:
1) Once at, go to the top of the page, click “LOG IN” to access to your account.
2) Once logged in, at the top of the page, click on “MY ACCOUNT” and then “ORDER HISTORY”.
3) Find the appropriate order and click on “RETURN REQUEST”.
4) Locate the item(s) you wish to return and add the quantity of item(s) to return.
5) Enter a reason for the return and add any additional notes or comments.
6) Click the ARROW icon to complete the request.
7) If you do not have an account with us then simply go to the link below, fill out the order form and print the label.

Once the request has been submitted successfully, a confirmation will appear. You will receive an email with your RMA number. Please write this number on the outside of the box and return it to us at:

How to Generate a UPS Return Label:
1) Please visit the Alpha UPS Label Generator Site.

2) Enter your order number along with your name, address, email and phone. 
3) Select how you want to receive your label - email, print or both.
4) Use the drop down to select what you will be returning.
5) Click Process Shipment and the label will be generated for you along with the tracking number. Hold onto this number as it will be the way to track if your package arrives at our warehouse. No refunds will be issued until this happens.

7) Once the items are received by our warehouse you will be refunded the merchandise cost only plus a $12.00 return free for using our UPS label. To avoid the return fee you have the option of paying for return shipping using the carrier of your choice.

Return Window:
 If items are returned after the 45-day policy we will not be able to accept your return. We will donate your item to a charity of our choice and will NOT refund your money or issue a merchandise credit.
