Before you move forward with the return or exchange process, make sure you meet these conditions:
  • Request for return is made within 45 days of order date
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
  • Product must have all original tags and labels attached and undamaged
  • Product must be returned complete with all parts and accessories
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Products cannot be part of a Closeout sale; All sales are considered final on these items.
  • Product must be shipped back to fulfillment warehouse within 20 days from issue date of Return Authorization (RA)

If you would like to return a purchase from please follow the steps below. If you ordered via UPS i-parcel please see the return procedures on our International Shipping page.

To Return a Product for a Refund:
1) Once at, go to the top of the page, click “LOG IN” to access to your account.
If you do not have an account set up, please click “FORGOT MY PASSWORD” and enter the email address used on the order. If the item(s) was a gift, you will need to contact the recipient to request the return.
2) Once logged in, at the top of the page, click on “MY ACCOUNT” and then “ORDER HISTORY”.
3) Find the appropriate order and click on “RETURN REQUEST”.
4) Locate the item(s) you wish to return and add the quantity of item(s) to return.
5) Enter a reason for the return and add any additional notes or comments.
6) Click the ARROW icon to complete the request.

Once the request has been submitted successfully, a confirmation will appear. You will receive an email with your RMA number and UPS label if requested. Please write this number on the outside of the box and return it to us at:

7) Once the items are received by our warehouse you will be refunded the merchandise cost only plus a $12.00 return free for using our UPS label. To avoid the return fee you have the option of paying for return shipping using the carrier of your choice.

To Do an Exchange:
1) Follow the instructions above for returning your original item using our UPS label.
2) Place a new order directly on our website for the exchange using the promo code provided for free shipping.
3) Once the original item(s) is received at our warehouse, we will refund you the entire merchandise cost only.

Please Note...
Return Window:
 If items are returned after the 45-day policy we will not be able to accept your return. We will donate your item to a charity of our choice and will NOT refund your money or issue a merchandise credit. 

PayPal/Amazon Exchanges: You are able to place a new order directly on our website for the exchange then once the item is received we will refund you the original cost of the item plus sales tax minus discounts when applicable. If you have not repurchased by the time of the exchange then a $12 return fee is charged, if you used our UPS label.

Credit Card Exchanges: If you are returning for an exchange and have repurchased, Alpha Industries will refund the original form of payment for the returned item/items, less any discount or sales tax where applicable. If you are returning for an exchange and Alpha Industries is placing the exchange order for you, Alpha Industries will refund the original form of Payment for the returned item, less any discounts or sales tax where applicable. Alpha Industries will then re-bill the original form of Payment less any discounts or sales tax where applicable.
