Domestic Exchanges

ShopAlpha Domestic Exchange Policy: To ensure a completely satisfied shopping experience, ShopAlphaIndustries.com will accept exchanges and pay for return shipping on exchanged merchandise that satisfies our Conditions of Return.

In a hurry for a different item or size? Please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be glad to assist you in setting up a new shipment while your original purchase is being shipped back to us.

Simply follow these steps for a quick and easy exchange process:
    1. Contact ShopAlpha Customer Service for a Return Authorization number and pre-paid return label

      In your email to Alpha Customer Service, please fill in the following information:
      2. Subject heading: RETURN (ORDER NO. _____)

      BILLING ADDRESS NAME

      ORDER DATE

      ITEM #, SIZE and COLOR of the item you want to return

  1. ShopAlpha will email you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions
  2. You will receive an email from UPS.com with a link to generate a pre-paid return shipping label*
  3. On your original packing slip, please circle the item(s) that you wish to exchange and what new size and/or items you want shipped back to you (kindly note the reason for return on the packing slip)
  4. Pack your return securely using the original box, if possible. Boldly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box
  5. Take your box to any designated UPS drop location. See UPS.com for locations.
Alpha will process your exchange as quickly as possible. After our warehouse receives the return shipment and inspects the merchandise for damages, Alpha will ship out your exchange item(s) within 2 business days.

Products marked for Closeout sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final on these items. Regular priced Men's Tees (T-shirts) are NOT eligible for Free Return shipping on any product exchanges or refunds.

Free T-Shirt promotional sale items have special return restrictions. The $20 retail value of the Free T-Shirt will be deducted from the total refund amount applied to any returned items used to qualify for the promotional offer.

Domestic Returns

Alpha Domestic Refund Policy: To ensure a completely satisfied shopping experience, AlphaIndustries.com will accept returns and refund all merchandise amounts that satisfy our Conditions of Return.

Simply follow these steps for a quick and easy Return process:
    1. Contact Alpha Customer Service for a Return Authorization number and pre-paid return label

In your email to Alpha Customer Service, please fill in the following information:
      Subject heading: RETURN (ORDER NO. _____)

      BILLING ADDRESS NAME

      ORDER DATE

      ITEM #, SIZE and COLOR of the item you want to return


  1. Alpha will email you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions
  2. You will receive an email from UPS.com with a link to generate a pre-paid return shipping label*
  3. Pack your return securely using the original box, if possible. Boldly write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box
  4. Take your box to any designated UPS drop location. See UPS.com for locations.
Alpha will contact you as quickly as possible, via email, once we process your return. After our warehouse receives the return shipment and inspects the merchandise for damages, it may take up to 7 business days for Alpha Customer Service to fully process the return and refund your credit card.

* Customers will be charged an $12.00 USD return shipping fee when using our pre-paid return label. To avoid this fee customers can exchange their item for another item on the website. Alpha will pay for all domestic shipping and return costs associated with exchanged merchandise.

* On any returned item for monetary refund Alpha will refund the amount of the product only; Any initial shipping fees/charges will not be refunded.

Conditions of Return

  • Request for return is made within 45 days of order date
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged
  • Product must have all original tags and labels attached and undamaged
  • Product must be returned complete with all parts and accessories
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Product must be shipped back to fulfillment warehouse within 20 days from issue date of Return Authorization (RA)
  • Returns must be shipped from the continental 48 United States
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International orders are not included in free returns

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by the AlphaIndustries.com customer service team. To receive an authorization number please email to: customerservice@Alphaindustries.com Include the following information in the email:

  • Subject heading: RETURN (ORDER NO. _____)
  • BILLING ADDRESS NAME
  • ORDER DATE
  • ITEM #, SIZE and COLOR of the item you want to return

Refer to the PACKING SLIP enclosed in the original box for order information. A customer service representative will respond via email or phone within 3 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions of how to ship back the merchandise.

International Returns or Exchange

AlphaIndustries.com will NOT pay for return shipping from any location outside the Continental 48 United States. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs on any items sent back to Alpha Industries for any reason. If a subsequent shipment is desired to replace/exchange an item, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with subsequent return shipping; including but not limited to shipping, VAT, duties or customs charges.

AlphaIndustries.com will NOT pay for any return/exchange costs associated with International shipping.

Note: Products marked for Closeout sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final on these items.

Conditions of International Return or Exchange
  • Request for return is made within 45 days of order date

  • Product must be shipped back to fulfillment warehouse within 30 days from date of Return Authorization

If all Conditions of Return are satisfied, International customers may request a return or exchange while assuming all shipping costs (the customer is required to cover all costs of the product return, costs of product re-shipment and any related customs, taxes, duties or VAT costs). Under no circumstances will AlphaIndustries.com pay for costs associated with International returns, exchanges, re-shipments, customs, taxes, duties or VAT costs

Return Authorization

Refund Policy

Once we receive the merchandise and confirm all Conditions of Return are met, we will refund the value of the returned merchandise, sales tax included, to the same credit account used to make the original purchase. If original purchase was made by cash, personal check or money order, refund will be mailed to the billing address in the form of a corporate check from Alpha Industries, Inc.

On any returned item for monetary refund Alpha will refund the amount of the product only, plus any applicable taxes; Any initial shipping fees/charges will not be refunded.   


When using a Alpha pre-paid return shipping label for any domestic product refunds, $12.00 USD will be deducted from the total refunded amount. This charge does not apply on domestic product exchanges for a different size, color or style.

Changes to Orders

Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed and leaves our distribution hub. This short window of time is further dependent upon the time of day your order was placed and the shipping method selected.
