When does my order ship?
We strive to have your package on it’s way within 48 hours of payment approval. Alpha Industries uses UPS for most Domestic deliveries (ground, 2-day and Next Day Air) and USPS for most International addresses. Alpha Industries is proud to offer deliveries to APO addresses via USPS, however, the delivery time to APO address will vary.

You will receive an email confirmation note with tracking information once your order has left our Distribution Center.

Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been approved and sent for shipment, the Alpha Industries shipping team will email you a confirmation tracking code for use on www.UPS.com (Domestic orders) or www.USPS.com (International orders), where you can check on the status of your package.

When will I receive it?
For Domestic orders, visit UPS.com for a zone map on expected delivery dates. Your shipment will originate from our primary Distribution Center located in Knoxville, TN (ZIP 37920).

All International orders are shipped using United State Parcel Service. Please visit USPS.com to enter tracking code information regarding the status of your order.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. We ship official Alpha Industries products to many countries across the globe, including APO addresses. Please see our International Shipping guidelines for more details and restrictions regarding international returns.

Can I ship to a different address than my own?
Yes. For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to perform additional security verification and/or cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Additionally, during the checkout phase of your order, we must match up your billing address with the information your bank has on file. If this billing information is not matched up to what is on file with your banking institution, this frequently can result in a rejected order.

Product Sizes

Which size do I pick? Does an Alpha jacket fit like a 'normal' jacket?
Please visit our sizing chart to help select the appropriate size. Since many of our products are manufactured according to previous specifications required by the military, many of our items can (and do) fit differently than 'normal' clothing garments you might be used to.

For example, some of our Authentic Flight Jackets are a ‘slim cut’ according to classic cockpit requirements, while our Field Coats tend to ‘run large’ in most sizes due to their original purpose of fitting over body armor. Hence, a size Large carries a very different fit from product to product.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Note that all International purchases are subject to a special return policy -- please visit our shipping information page for details regarding return eligibility.

How can I exchange my purchase for a different size?

How do I return my purchase?

Is there a fee to return merchandise?
No, we do not charge a return or restocking fee on returns or exchanges.

After my refund is processed, when will I see the funds returned to my credit card?
This is dependant upon your individual banking institution. After Alpha Industries processes your refund, the associated funds are transferred from our bank to your bank the same business day. It can frequently take your bank several additional business days to replenish this amount back to your credit card for availability.

Please contact your bank with any individual questions related to your account.

How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 15 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of your return. Alpha Industries is unable to issue credit or ship a replacement size until your return package has been received and processed at our distribution facility.

Need a replacement shipped fast?
For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 1.866.631.0719 to request an immediate exchange. We'll need to charge you the purchase price for the new item, but we'll waive the normal shipping and handling charges. Once our returns center receives your original return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

What payment options does Alpha Industries offer?
We accept credit card payments from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Does Alpha Industries accept money orders or wire transfers?
Yes. Please contact a Alpha Industries Customer Service representative via email CustomerService@AlphaIndustries.com or Toll Free 1.866.631.0719 for procedural details and any additional associated fees with this payment method.

Will my order be taxed?

U.S Orders:  Purchases made in connection with Tennessee and Virginia will have applicable sales taxes included in the cart totals. All other U.S. sales taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the consumer.
 

International Orders: Alpha does NOT collect any applicable sales taxes, duties, and/or VAT charges. Any additional charges related to purchase on Alphaindustries.com are subject to your local jurisdictional agencies and payment is the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer. International orders may be subject to additional fees/costs that are not included in your order transaction totals. Examples include, Duties, Customs or Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your package and these fees/costs are not the responsibility of Alphaindustries.com. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the customs authorities of the country the order is being shipped to prior to making a purchase from Alphaindustries.com, as we have no control over these costs. 
 

According to standard international shipping requirements, all orders, regardless if this purchase is a ‘gift’ for somebody, are treated as a ‘sale.’ The sale price and/or product value listed on international customs forms is the product price before any discounts have been applied. This requirement includes special promotional discounts offered through our email distribution list. Alpha Industries cannot alter the original product value listed on the packing slip for any reason. 



Where do I use my promotional code?
Enter in your special promotional code during the first phase of your checkout process. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the cart payment summary. Only one promotional discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
